The concert agency Andartists Management & Booking Agency was established in 2003 and until 2005 was the concert department of Ukrainian Records, the official licensee of Universal Music Group.

In 2005, Andartists Management & Booking Agency became an independent structure in the CIS music market, but both companies still have partnerships.
Concert agency Andartists Management & Booking Agency provides services in the following areas:

• organization and holding of concerts (booking) of Ukrainian, Russian and foreign performers, famous theater and film artists;
• holding events: corporate parties, anniversaries, city days, festivals, parties, BTL projects, etc.;
• organizing and holding sports events with the participation of sports stars;
• production and promotion of Russian and Ukrainian artists;
• clearance of copyright and related rights for the use of works by Russian, Ukrainian and foreign authors and performers in advertising, films, etc.
